1. Click on one of the calendar links above and look for an available date(s).

2. Obtain a reservation form by clicking "Reservation Form".

3. Complete the form and then fax it attention Officer Matt Griffis at AZ POST, (602) 244-0477.

4. Matt will respond back to you within a few days to confirm the selected dates.

5. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will need to complete the "Training Roster".
